"Neighbourhood Watch" is an understatement in this episode. The lads tackle a grab bag of seasonal maintenance projects around town, making unannounced visits to their neighbours and watching out for potential problems. Going through each season, the boys look at furnaces, sweep chimneys, test air conditioners, and examine the long list of maintenance projects that most homeowners should undertake on an ongoing basis. Monthly and bi-annual checklists, tips, and lots of advice are on order as the boys make their round of house calls.
